These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the H-Town Auto Buyers website and our cash-for-vehicles service. By using this site or requesting an offer, you agree to these Terms.

Our offers are estimates until we inspect the vehicle

Any price we quote by phone, text, or through this website is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide. The final cash offer is confirmed in person when we inspect the vehicle at pickup. If the vehicle's actual condition materially differs from what you described, the offer may be adjusted or declined. You are never obligated to accept an offer, and we are never obligated to buy.

Your responsibilities as the seller

• You confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or are authorized to sell it) and that you can legally transfer it to us.
• You will provide truthful information about the vehicle and the required documents, such as a photo ID, current registration, and the title where applicable.
• You are responsible for removing personal belongings and your license plates before or at pickup, and for any loans or liens against the vehicle unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Free pickup and payment

Pickup and towing are provided at no charge within our service area. Payment is made at the time of pickup in the form we agree on. Title transfer and related paperwork are handled at pickup in accordance with Texas law.

Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit false information. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice; verify Texas title and DMV requirements with the TxDMV for your situation.

No warranties; limitation of liability
